2. When it comes to our verbal and written discussions, please remain respectful, be respectful even if you disagree.
3. Being part of E3 means you are ready to show up authentically, it means that you are ready to express from your soul, it means you are open to share your experience, you are ready to give space to others and to listen to their story too, in E3 you are both a student and a teacher.
4. In E3 we value the experience, you are empowered not only to share your experiences but also your reflections, observations, insights in connection to all our explorations. Sharing our connections and findings after we have let the knowledge digest through our being and/or applied it is truly enriching, this is what helps us expand each other’s perspective in profound ways.
